Our Sales and Technical teams work with our customers to help determine what their current and future business goals are, what technology can be used to attain those goals and running the projects to ensure that the  required technology is embraced and utilised by them.
Services : 
Our service desk offers a complimentary set of skills to those customers with existing IT teams or can be their IT Team and our Admin team helps to ensure all logistical and supply requirements are met. We follow the ITIL best practice framework and PRINCE2 project principals to ensure we are constantly reviewing our processes and procedures to continually improve ourselves and our customers IT experience.

Noel Brodie
CEO Director

Noel has built a reputation as a capable, innovative and forward-thinking professional within the ICT industry. Having worked for some of the largest ICT organisations in Australia, he has extensive knowledge within the industry that he is now passing onto the sales team at Think Solutions.

Rod McMaster

​​​​​​​Rod has worked in the IT industry for (over 40 years/43 years) in a wide range of business areas including manufacturing, banking, local government, importing and distribution.

He has worked in operations, programming, systems design, IT management, project management and senior consultant roles.

This work includes both local and international postings.

Paul Baxter

COO Director

Paul's  IT career began building PC’s for work experience in 1995. Over the following decades he has built a sound technical knowledge on topics ranging from Networking to SANs, Hypervisors, Hyperconverged Infrastructure and Digital Transformation. 
Paul is also PRINCE2 and ITIL Certified and has used his knowledge to implement internal processes for the management of the Service Delivery and Project Teams.
